PILIDO has initiated integral programme of Pastoralist Land Rights and Land use planning to achieve desired goal and adhere with legal framework subsequently, Pastoralist Land Rights focuses on collective titling and registration of village lands.
Demarcation and certification of village lands are precondition step to develop sustainable resource utilization and management plans in order to harmonize resource conflicts among various users. The programmes facilitate formation and training village committees for exercising programme interventions.
To enhance security of resource tenure of pastoral communities through village land registration and establish land use plans, and empower villagers and their village authorities on land legislations.

To reduce pastoral land alienation and conflicts related to various resource users and raise awareness on land rights.
